Digital Marketing Campaign – Platinum Cleaning

Background

Platinum Cleaning is an Ipswich-based company that offers a full range of cleaning services to the commercial, residential, retail and private sectors as well as offering bespoke packages specifically created for the needs of a business and their demands.

Painting Pixels has worked alongside Platinum Cleaning on numerous occasions which you can check out on our portfolio, therefore, we were very happy to be working with them again.

The Task

Platinum Cleaning wanted us to create a digital marketing campaign which included a website redesign, graphics, social media posts and a new logo… I’d say we delivered!

They trust us with their business as they know we keep them in the loop and involved at every stage – keeping our clients happy and exceeding their expectations is so important to us.

The Process

We completed this project over a long period and took complete control over it as when we take on a campaign we take full responsibility and only bother our clients when it is necessary. We don’t forget about you, we just understand that you are busy and don’t have the time to be in constant contact.

This digital marketing campaign required ALOT of brainstorming and that’s what we started with, we needed to create multiple graphics, 2D animations and a website design. Platinum essentially wanted a rebrand to achieve a modern look and to do this we needed to generate the ideas.

Once our ideas had been finalised and Platinum gave us the go-ahead, we got started with the logo redesign.

It gave a much-needed revamp and give the brand a modern look and distinctive brand colours.

We wanted to keep the webpage clean and functional, we designed the layout and showed this to the client before we started the coding process.

The final product integrated the new colour scheme and theme, whilst communicating exactly what a webpage needs too.

Once we had completed the webpage, we began creating the graphics and animations.

Many of the graphics and animations we created were focused on their services and what they had to offer. We created a short animation as an overview of these services.

We then created more detailed graphics which delve a little deeper into each service, this was to give a clear message that shows potential customers exactly what they have to offer, creating no confusion.

We understand the importance of creating a brand identity which is why we make sure to carry our clients throughout the whole campaign.

Before distributing anything, we make sure to get our clients’ feedback and make any change desired, big or small, no questions asked.

Result

Platinum Cleaning and Painting Pixels were so happy with the final outcome, we believe it gave them the revamp they needed while still delivering the same message.
